Two very important supporters of Down Syndrome Cork are coming together for a joint presentation.
Allan Cuthbert of Financial Wellbeing will explain the imporantance of financial planning for your child with special needs and an understanding of your entitlements.
Noel Doherty of Fitzgerald Solicitors will present on:
1. making the ‘correct’ type of will to safe gaurd your child with special needs inheritance; and
2. will highlight important new information on the The Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015 and human rights for people with disability.
