Next Steps - Services, supports and preparing for the future workshop with Gina Grant for 18+years

This workshop is for our adult members to attend with or without a parent / guardian to discuss entitlements, benefits, accessing supports, and advocacy.

This workshop will focus on the adult journey, including navigating adult services, understanding available supports, planning for greater independence, and exploring options for the future. Topics will include accessing services, day opportunities, housing options, benefits and entitlements, and supporting adults with Down syndrome to have choice and control over their lives. There will be space for open discussion, sharing experiences and connecting with other families
