Prepararing for Transitions, Independence and Relationships workshop with Gina Grant 12 - 18 years

The teenage years bring many changes and opportunities. This workshop will explore supporting young people as they develop greater independence, build confidence and prepare for adulthood. Topics will include relationships, decision-making, developing life skills, education transitions, self-advocacy and preparing for future opportunities. There will be space for open discussion, sharing experiences and connecting with other families.
