Adult Employment at the FOD

One of the ultimate goals of our adult members is to find part-time paid employment. At the  Field of Dreams, we have an Employment Support Specialist who works with members who wish to transition to employment.

The Employment Support Specialist provides tailored support, advice, mentoring and training to members who would like to work and to local employers who would wish to get involved in our employment programme.
