We are so incredibly proud since 2017 that an average of 92% of our graduates from the Work Experience Programme, Work Skills Programme & the Ready 2 Work Programme have all gone on to paid employment. Making the transition into employment is not easy for our members and to help ensure their success we provide ongoing employment support for both the employee and the employer. This support from our employment support specialist has been critical in successfully integrating our students into the workplace.
